A Regenerative Pilates experience designed to Restore Vitality & Fluidity of Movement. This signature session is practiced on immersive Red Light Mats to get the most benefits of Photobiomodulation*. Book a massage/beauty treatment featuring Biologique Recherche & Hormeta (not included with 24h mandatory booking at reception) *About the technology : Dual LED Technology for Deeper Benefits Equipped with 2,520 Dual 3-in-1 LEDs, the Summit ReCover delivers both visible red light (660 nm) and invisible near-infrared light (850 nm) simultaneously for a balanced and effective photobiomodulation experience. - Red Light (660 nm): Promotes a radiant-looking skin appearance, enhances circulation, and provides a soothing, relaxing experience. - Near-Infrared Light (850 nm): Gently reaches deeper layers, helping muscles feel more relaxed and supporting a comfortable, revitalizing light session. Please note : Red Light Therapy is NOT effective through clothing. Please wear appropriate attire to allow direct skin contact. RLT/NIR is NOT recommended during pregnancy or for individuals with photosensitivity.

- By booking, you confirm that you are fit to participate and agree to inform us in advance of any medical conditions, pregnancy, recent/previous injuries, photosensitivity or other contraindications. Participation is at your own risk. Pilates Power Club and its partners cannot be held liable for any injury, accident, loss or incident that may occur during the Pilates session or while using spa/pool facilities. - Max 4 participants per session to ensure personalised experience. (Open to both women and men) - Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. - Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. - Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund. Within 48 hours, bookings become NON-refundable; however you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. - Please arrive 10 min before the scheduled start time. - Please note that RedLight Therapy is NOT effective through clothing, so we recommend wearing appropriate attire. - In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserves the right to postpone the experience. - All bookings will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you're unable to attend on the new date, you may request a full refund. - Access to Spa facilities is open from 8am to 8pm. Access can be before or after Pilates en Rouge session.
