Booking Policy – Online Private Session Reservation – All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. – Payment is required upon booking to confirm your session. Rescheduling – You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the start time via your confirmation email or by contacting me directly. – Only one reschedule is allowed per session. Cancellation – Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be fully refunded or transferred to a future session. – Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full (no refund or reschedule possible). No-show – If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, the session is considered lost and non-refundable. Late arrivals – If you are late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client. – Beyond 15 minutes late without notice, the session is considered a no-show.
