Booking Policy for Group Classes at Hotel Crans Ambassador/Aida : • Booking: All reservations must be made through the PPC App. • Class Size: Minimum 3 participants required. Maximum 5 participants per class to ensure a high-quality, personalized experience. • Cancellation by Pilates Power Club: If fewer than 3 participants are booked, the class will be canceled and you’ll be notified 1 hour before the start time. • Client Cancellations & Rescheduling: Allowed up to 24 hours in advance via the app. Late changes are non-refundable. • Late Arrivals: Max 10 minutes. • Low season Access: please arrive 5minutes in advance for guided access and so the class can start on time. The instructor opens the door only once. Thank you for your understanding and collaboration.
