Audrey spent a long time searching for a way to reconnect with her body—after a deep tear, years of pain due to her scoliosis, and a loss of her bearings.

This quest gave rise to her Signature LISTEN. BALANCE. SCULPT. method, the result of a sensitive, precise, and progressive approach to movement that sculpts your silhouette and renews your spirit.

Each step invites you to slow down, ground yourself, and then reveal your inner strength.​

A gentle practice that blends deep stretches and self-massage techniques (fascia) to:

  • Improve blood circulation, and

  • Restore inner harmony.

MAT PILATES & MOBILITY

Develop a harmonious, stable and mobile body that allows you to move freely, elegantly and confidently in all your daily activities.

A low-impact practice on the mat that :

  • Enhances balance & mobility, and

  • Improves postural alignement.

BARRE & PILATES

A graceful and sculpting workout inspired by ballet, combining Barre exercises and Pilates-based matwork to tone :
