Audrey tailors her sessions to meet the specific needs of her clients, with menstrual cycle-based adaptations available upon request. Her dynamic classes combine slow, repetitive movements with quick transitions to elevate heart rate while keeping impact on the joints low.

Passionate about well-being and discipline, Audrey also incorporates myofascial release into her sessions, an essential practice for muscle recovery, improving posture, and reducing joint pain. Her personal experience with scoliosis has made her aware of the importance of a regular practice to enhance stability, flexibility, and mobility.
Committed to female solidarity and collective well-being, Audrey conveys this philosophy through her classes, encouraging her clients to push their limits while strengthening bonds of complicity and support among them. For over three years, she has cultivated a loyal group of clients through her group and private classes in the Crans-Montana area.
