Originally from Brussels, Audrey chose the Swiss Alps for their natural beauty and grounding energy. A dancer singe age 3, she found in Crans-Montana the perfect place to live, move, and teach.
Her love for the outdoors infuses her work. Alongside her private signature sessions, she offers full-day coaching experiences with guided mountain walks, introspective meditation, and outdoor mouvement practices—designed to reset body and mind.
Audrey tailors each session to your needs. Passionate about well-being and discipline, she integrates myofascial release to support recovery, posture, and joint health.
Living with scoliosis herself, she understands the power of regular movement to build lasting strength, flexibility while cultivating grace, balance and longevity.

« The need for external validation heals when you realise that the only person you need to impress is yourself. »

About the instructor
AUDREY DE VISSCHER
"With a strong dance background and a passion for Barre-Pilates, Audrey is an exceptional instructor who has achieved first class results in all her training courses.
Her classes at our Training Centre in Crans-Montana are enthusiastically received by our members.
I'm always delighted to take part in her classes, which link Barre, body and mind with technique and positive energy.
It's a real privilege to work with Audrey and to see her work flourish both privately and in the studio. I highly recommend training with Audrey."
