A private journey into the forests of Crans-Montana: - we walk mindfully, sometimes barefoot if you wish, to slow down, listen to your body, and release anxiety. - The pace is gentle and accessible to everyone, with pauses for observation and reconnection. - The walk can also be held in complete silence, or made more energizing if desired. - A refreshing drink & healthy snack are included for an elegant, simple moment in nature. - To ground your energy, calm the mind, free the body and restore balance.
